That is a real hero

I thought I heard it raining but when looked outside I realized that it was a geyser coming from my front hose bib! I called Apple Plumbing to find out what to do. Randy called me back immediately and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He was there in record time to fix the pipes that had burst. The real irony, it did start to rain, but he finished the job with a pleasant attitude even while he got soaking wet. To me, that is a real hero Thank You.
