We have been in business for more than 25 years and have strong ties to Phoenix community. We understand how stressful it is for homeowners to deal with plumbing issues or poorly installed or designed plumbing systems. Throughout our decades in business, we have always been a family-owned and operated company. Led by a husband-and-wife team, Randy and Joni, their children, cousins, and other family members have all spent time working for us.

As Joni scheduled the appointments, Randy worked hard, ensuring customers were taken care of. At night, he’d gather with the family around the dinner table and discuss the day’s work and some of the more unusual things he found stuffed down sink drains or clogged in toilets. While some of these stories were amusing and got a laugh from the kids, the message from Randy was always the same: the most important thing is to take care of the customer. To ensure he could continue to do this, he slowly began to build the perfect team of experienced plumbers to work with him — all of whom were as passionate about their work as he was.

It’s been more than 25 years, and Randy and Joni are still involved in the day-to-day operations at Apple Plumbing. They are blessed to have an amazing office staff and a small fleet of top-notch plumbers. They no longer answer phones on the run and have a lovely office space where the team can gather for training and team building.
